Plant essences have been used for thousands
of years to promote both health and beauty. The oils described
below are distilled from the finest plant materials. The
essential oils are absolutely pure; the attars are blended in a
base of sandalwood oil and can be used for aromatherapy or as perfumes. They
can also be added to baths or lotions. They do not contain
artificial scents or dyes.
In Ayurveda, the aerial plant parts are thought
to be stimulating, the roots grounding, barks and resins heating,
and leaves and stems cooling.
